How does Maestria work?

Each session, Maestria crafts an original piece for you — paired with a story, sheet music, and a falling-notes guide to follow along. Play at your own pace, whenever you return.

I can't play a piece / audio won't load

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, check your internet connection — pieces are prepared in the moment and require a connection to load fully. If it still doesn't work, reach out below with your account email and we'll look into it.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your device to view, change, or cancel.

I bought something on maestria.app

The Piece of Your Life, its options, A Year of Maestria and The Last Bar Recital are paid on our website, through Stripe, not through the App Store. Sign in to the app with the email you used at checkout. For your piece, your recital, or one of our promises, write to us from that email.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account inside the app. This permanently removes your account and compositions.
